With a tape measure, take an accurate waist measurement.

Measure Step 1

The first step to giving Active Fat a beating is to measure yourself properly - which is not the same as using your trouser waist size.

Measure Step 2

The trick is to get the tape measure halfway between your bottom rib and hip bone. Remember not to breathe in!

Step 3

And there you have it, a realistic measurement of your waist.
